Real estate specialists at Savills, CB Richard Ellis and Collier, all say that the shortage of grade-A office space downtown will remain for another three to five years. Rudolf Hever, research and consultancy manager of CB Richard Ellis, predicts the price of grade-A office space will jump to 70 USD per sq.m a month, while retail space downtown will rise to 200 USD per sq.m.
