BANGKOK, Nov 10, 2008 (Xinhua via COMTEX) --A bomb exploded in the Government House in Bangkok on early Tuesday morning, injuring two anti- government protesters.The explosion occurred at 3:25 am local time, just 50 meters from the right side of the stage where leaders of the People's Alliance for Democracy addressed the demonstrators, according to local newspaper The Nation's website.The bomb fell onto a tent and exploded, causing a one-meter- wide hole on the tent's roof.The explosion initially caused a panic among the protesters,
but the protest leaders managed to control the situation minutes later and calmness returned to the rally site.Following the explosion, PAD guards sealed off the area to preserve evidence.The PAD has been staging anti-government protests since May 25 in Bangkok and occupied the Government House for rally since Aug. 26.
