Five more competitors for Miss Universe 2008 named

While Vietnam, the host of Miss Universe 2008 pageant, is preparing for Miss Universe Vietnam to find its representative, Albania, India, Paraguay, Estonia and Japan have just chosen their representatives.

Matilda Mecini, 19, a model, has become the new Miss Universe Albania 2008, and she will come to Vietnam to attend Miss Universe 2008. Mecini previously participated in Miss International Tourism Queen 2006 but she didn’t win a title.

Asked, “How to educate young couples to live happily together?”, Simran Kaur Mundi, 22, gave a convincible answer and won the first runner-up title in the Miss India 2008 beauty contest, and she will represent India at Miss Universe 2008.

Meanwhile, Giannina Ruffinelli, 21, became Miss Universe Paraguay on April 6; and Kadri Nogu, 21, has become Estonia’s candidate for Miss Universe 2008.

With an impressive face and professional lifestyle, Hiroko Mima, 21, was crowned Miss Universe Japan several days ago. She expressed her self-confidence at Miss Universe 2008 as current Miss Universe 2007 Riyo Mori will be a guest at Miss Universe 2008.
