April 8 (Bloomberg) -- Damac Holding, a United Arab Emirates property developer, plans to invest $1 billion to build a housing- hotel complex in Vietnam, Thoi Bao Kinh Te Viet Nam reported, without citing anyone.
Damac has finished discussions with the local government to develop the project, the report said. The Dubai-based company will send its architects to the central Vietnamese port city of Danang, where the project is located, it said.
