Nhan Dan – “Mekong Festival” with various touristic and cultural events will be held in Can Tho southern city from February 21 to 26.
Thirteen provinces in the Mekong delta and Ho Chi Minh City have registered to take part in the festival, which will feature over 50 cultural and touristic events.
They include a carnival, trade and tourism fair, Ninh Kieu wharf fair, the final round of the Miss Mekong Delta Competition, Culinary art Festival, etc.
Various tourist destinations have been upgraded for the occasion, including the Au Dune, Khuong Thuy Tien Dune, Bang Lang Bird Sanctuary, Tay Do night market, etc."
